Legal notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (Japan)

Product	Tiny Voyages Pro (unlocks every destination and the Pro features in the app “Tiny Voyages”)
Price	The price shown on each product’s purchase screen (tax included). On the Japanese App Store the prices are as follows (they may change with Apple’s price updates; the purchase screen is authoritative). Pro yearly: 2,980 yen a year (with a 7-day free trial; the App Store decides whether you can get the trial) Pro monthly: 580 yen a month Pro lifetime: 7,980 yen (one payment)
Other costs	You pay for the data connection used to download and use the app.
Payment method	The payment method registered with the App Store (as Apple sets out)
When you pay	Lifetime: charged when you complete the purchase. Subscriptions: charged when you subscribe and then on each renewal date. With a free trial, charging starts when the trial ends. Apple may bill several days later, combined with other charges.
When it is provided	Available right after the purchase is complete.
Term and renewal	Subscriptions renew automatically every year or month. After any free trial or discounted period, they renew at the regular price shown at purchase. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, you are not charged for the next one. The lifetime purchase can be used for as long as we provide the app.
How to cancel	Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. You can also open them in the app under Settings → Pro plan → Manage subscription. After you cancel, you can use Pro until the end of the period you paid for. There are no prorated refunds for cancelling during a period. Buying the lifetime purchase does not cancel a subscription you already have.
Returns and refunds	Digital products cannot be returned after purchase. Refunds follow Apple’s rules; request them from Apple (Report a Problem).
